Yoga With Lisa Lynch
The focus of this yoga class is to provide an encouraging and invulnerable environment for beginners and advanced beginners to increase flexibility, balance, strength, endurance and awareness of self. In this class you will learn a variety of poses through step by step verbal descriptions and demonstrations with emphasis on moving at your own pace. You will be guided through the foundations of yoga with the use of props and the breath in order to perform the postures successfully and build confidence in a safe and supporting way!
You will need to bring a yoga mat and a blanket. If you have yoga blocks and/or a yoga belt that will be helpful. Looking forward to practicing with you. Namaste ??

Course Tuition is $65 per person for 6 week course
